Update to name change and transcripts

The name change from Jacobs University Bremen gGmbH to Constructor University Bremen gGmbH, has been finalized.

Formerly given out transcripts are still valid and will not be replaced.

I attended Jacobs from 2013 - 2016 and left with a Bachelors Degree Majoring in Biotech. I continued in the same field with a Master (2016 - 2018) and PhD (2018 - 2023) in Marine Microbiology.

I took over the position of PR and Communications in Sept 2022 and am always happy to hear from you :)
